U08 Team Program
• Player Age Range (Boys and Girls)
o Second and third year 5 year olds
o First and Second year 6 and 7 year olds
• Players train one night a week in a team environment for 1.5 hours
• Team plays in a Saturday Morning U08 Coed League at the Dome
• Teams have dedicated Coaches and Team Managers
• Main focus is on teaching the players ball handling skills, good sportsmanship, and social skills
• Secondary focus is on teaching the players positioning relative to the soccer ball, their teammates and the opposing team.
• The Goal Keeper is introduced at this level.
